We consider everything from the athlete's position, team dynamics, player utilization, and even minutes played when pioneering the athlete's program. All the aspects of an athlete’s program will play a role in improving the athlete's mindset, improving athletic qualities, reducing the risk of injury, and ultimately optimizing performance.

PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

Everything starts with the assessment. Every athletic profile should be relevant to the sport and position. The assessment will provide an understanding of the athlete's current physical capabilities.

Individual Programs will always have the best success. We take an integrated systems approach that considers how all underpinning strength and power qualities, movement qualities, relevant environmental factors, and associated cardiovascular demands of the sport and position.
